How do you politely and effectively express your opinions in meetings and other professional encounters?
You certainly need to be aware of the situation and have an idea of what is happening. You also need some tools to express yourself.
Is the situation favourable and going in the direction you think it should go, or are there issues “on the table” that do not correspond to how you see things or how you think?
It is easier to agree to a situation and more difficult to disagree. Sometimes disagreeing with an opinion of someone else needs to be done, though. Moreover, it is perfectly reasonable and possible to do this effectively and politely.
